오는 11월 23일(토) POW 2024 FAN CONCERT [POW HOUSE : SWITCH UP] in SEOUL에서 POWER 를 위한 ‘POWERFUL ZONE(팬클럽 부스)’이 운영될 예정입니다. 
자세한 사항은 아래 공지를 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

POWERFUL ZONE]

- 운영 시간: 2024년 11월 23일 (토) PM 3:00 - PM 6:00 (KST)
- 장소: 신한카드 SOL페이 스퀘어 라이브홀 내
* 자세한 위치는 당일 POW Official X (@POW_grid)를 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
- 준비물: 해당 서베이 제출 화면 + 본인 명의 콘서트 티켓 + 본인 확인이 가능한 신분증

  • 확인 가능 신분증 
    - 내국인 (미성년자) : 생년월일이 표기된 초/중/고등학교 학생증, 여권, 청소년증 
    - 내국인 (성인) : 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 모바일 신분증 
    - 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증  
    * 여권의 경우 기간 만료 전의 여권만신분 확인용으로 인정됩니다.

- 서베이 제출 기간 : 11월 23일(토) AM 12:00 – PM 6:00 (* 부스 운영 종료 전까지)

 

 

* 멤버십 번호 확인 방법
-  로그인 > MY > 내 멤버십 >  멤버십 카드 뒷면 에서 멤버십 번호를 확인하실 수 있습니다.

 


[유의 사항]
- POWERFUL ZONE(팬클럽 부스)은 당일 티켓을 소지하신 POWER 멤버십 연간 회원만 이용 가능하며, 중복 참여는 불가합니다. (1인 당 1일 1회에 한 해 이용 가능/가입일 무관)
- POWERFUL ZONE 방문 시 서베이 제출 화면과 신분증을 통해 본인 확인 절차를 진행합니다.
- 신분증은 콘서트 안내에 기재된 지정 유효 신분증만 인정됩니다.
- POWERFUL ZONE 특전은 1인 1set(5종)이 지급되며 중복 수령은 불가합니다. 
- POWERFUL ZONE 특전은 POWER 멤버십 연간 회원에게만 제공되며, 양도 및 판매가 불가합니다. 양도 및 판매 적발 시 추후 팬클럽 활동이 제한됩니다.
- 특전에 하자가 있을 경우 당일 현장 스태프를 통해 확인 및 교환 가능하며, 운영 시간 외, 콘서트 이후 문의하실 경우 교환은 불가한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- POWERFUL ZONE은 23일(토) 오후 6시까지 이후 도착 시 수령 불가합니다. 여유 있게 도착하여 방문 및 수령해 주시기 바랍니다.

On Saturday, November 23, during the POW 2024 FAN CONCERT [POW HOUSE : SWITCH UP] in SEOUL, a POWERFUL ZONE (Fan Club Booth) will be available for POWER.
Please read the details below for more information.

[POW 2024 FAN CONCERT [POW HOUSE : SWITCH UP] in SEOUL - POWERFUL ZONE]

- Open Hours: Sat, November 23, 2024, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (KST)
- Location: Inside the Shinhan Card SOL Pay Square Live Hall
(Detailed directions will be provided on the day via POW Official X (@POW_grid).
- Required Items: Screen of the completed survey submission + Concert ticket in your name + Valid ID 

  • Accepted IDs for verification
    -Korean Nationals (Minors): Student ID (elementary/middle/high school) with date of birth, passport, or youth ID card
    - Korean Nationals (Adults): Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or mobile ID
    - Foreign Nationals: Passport or alien registration card
    (Only valid passports with unexpired dates will be accepted.)

- Survey Submission Period: Saturday, November 23, 12:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Available until the booth)

*How to Check Your Membership Number

- Log in > MY > My Membership > Check the back of your membership card for your membership number

 

[Important Notes]

- The POWERFUL ZONE (Fan Club Booth) is exclusively for POWER annual membership holders with a valid ticket for the day. Duplicate participation is not allowed (1 entry per person per day, regardless of the membership registration date).

- When visiting the POWERFUL ZONE, identity will be verified with your completed survey submission and valid ID.

- Only the IDs specified in the concert guidelines will be accepted.

- POWERFUL ZONE benefits are limited to 1 set (all 5 types) per person. Benefits can be claimed only once. 

- Benefits are exclusively for annual POWER membership holders and are not transferable and cannot be resold. If the membership is found to be transferred or resold, future fan club activities will be restricted.

- If there are any issues with the benefits, the on-site staff will inspect and exchange the benefit on the same day. Exchanges will not be possible after the booth operating hours or the concert.

- The POWERFUL ZONE will not issue benefits after 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 23. Please arrive with enough time to claim your benefits.
