- 팬클럽 선예매 일정 : 2024년 11월 4일 (월) 오후 7시 ~ 11월 4일 (월) 오후 11시 59분 (KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매는 POW OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘POWER’ MEMBERSHIP에 

2024.10.01 PM 17:59 (KST) 이전 가입한 연간 회원에 한해 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 시 1인 1매 예매 가능합니다.

- 선예매 인증 진행 시 본인 인증을 마친 인터파크 계정이 있어야 합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증창에 POW OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘POWER’ MEMBERSHIP 연간 회원 가입 시 추가 정보로 작성하신 생년월일 / 멤버십 번호(ex. 123456) 6자리를 입력해주세요.

- 팬클럽 선예매 인증 시 필요한 주문번호는 POW (파우) Official Community (https://pow.bstage.in/) 로그인 > MY > 내 멤버십 > 멤버십 카드 뒷면 에서 멤버십 번호를 확인하실 수 있습니다.(ex. POW123) 
* 맴버십 번호의 경우 각 회원별, 영문 조합 or 숫자 조합 or 영문 + 숫자 조합 6 자리 입니다. 

- 반드시 인터파크 티켓과 ‘POW’ 공식 팬클럽(멤버십) 연간 회원’ 가입 정보와 동일해야 하며, 두 가지 중 하나라도 일치하지 않을 경우 인증이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다. 

- 멤버십 구매 시, 추가 정보를 잘못 작성하신 경우에 한하여 최초 1회 수정을 도와드리고 있습니다. 추가 정보 수정을 희망하시는 경우, [마이페이지 - 고객센터 - 1:1문의]를 통해 수정 원하시는 정보를 정확하게 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.  (Ex. 이름을 닉네임으로 작성하신 경우 / 외국인의 경우 여권상 영문 이름이 아닌 자국어로 작성하신 경우 / 생년월일을 6자리를 제대로 작성하지 않은 경우 등)

[일반 예매]

- 일반 예매 일정 : 2024년 11월 5일 (화) 오후 7시 ~
- 일반 예매는 회당 1인 2매(선예매 매수 포함)까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다.
 

[POWER PASS]
- POWER PASS: 33,000원 / 공연 종료 후 하트 터치 with ❤️+사인 폴라로이드(개인) 랜덤 1종
- POWER PASS 판매 일정:

• 선예매: 2024년 11월 4일 (월) 오후 7시 ~ 11월 4일 (월) 오후 11시59분 (KST)
• 일반예매: 2024년 11월 5일 (화) 오후 7시 ~

- POWER PASS 예매는 본 공연 예매 페이지와 별도로 오픈됩니다.

- POWER PASS 이벤트 상품으로, 본 공연 예매자(입금 완료)에 한하여 예매가 가능합니다.


- POWER PASS 구매는 본 공연 티켓 예매를 완료한 분들에 한해 예매창이 활성화됩니다.

- POWER PASS는 본 공연 예매 정보와 연동되어 운영되며, 예매하신 본 공연 일자와 매수 내에서 회당 1인 2매까지 구매 가능합니다.

- POWER PASS는 공연 당일 전용부스에서 본인확인과 모바일 티켓 QR확인 후 손목밴드가 제공됩니다. 미착용시 이벤트 참여가 어려우니 반드시 수령 부탁드립니다.

- POWER PASS 예매 시 선택하신 좌석은 POWER PASS 이벤트 진행 순서와 무관하며, 스태프의 안내에 따라 차례대로 진행됩니다.  

[모바일 티켓 이용 안내]
- 본 공연은 모바일 티켓으로만 이용 가능하며, 실물티켓이 제공되지 않습니다. 
- 본 공연은 현장에서 모바일 티켓 QR 확인 후 입장 가능합니다. 
- 모바일 티켓 캡처 화면 및 다운로드한 티켓을 SNS업로드 혹은 타인에게 공유해서는 안 되며, 이로 인해 입장 시 문제가 발생할 경우 공연 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임지지 않습니다. 
- 모바일 티켓은 안드로이드 버전 4.0 이상, IOS버젼 7이상의 기기에서 사용이 가능합니다. 

[예매 유의 사항]
- 본 공연은 전석 지정 좌석제로 진행됩니다. 
- 본 공연은 팬클럽 선예매 1인 1매 / 일반 예매 1인2매 예매(선예매 매수 포함)가 가능합니다.
- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.
- 예매 취소 시 예매처에서 정한 취소 수수료가 발생합니다. 예매처의 취소 수수료 규정을 확인하시기 바랍니다. 
- 예매를 위해 인터파크에 가입되어 있어야 하며, 본인 인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다. 
- 무통장 입금으로 예매 시 정해진 기간 내 입금하지 않으면 예매는 자동으로 취소됩니다. 
- 티켓의 취소/변경/환불은 예매하신 해당 예매처(인터파크 티켓) 에서만 가능하며, 티켓 예매/취소 마감시간 이후 및 공연 당일에는 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다. 
- 티켓의 취소는 POWER PASS 예매내역이 있는 경우 본 공연 상품 취소가 불가합니다.
- 본 공연은 7세 이상 관람가로, 관람 연령 미만은 티켓 소지 및 보호자 동반 여부와 상관없이 입장이 불가합니다.
- 기타 예매 관련 세부 규정은 별도의 공지내용 외에는 해당 예매처 규정에 따라 진행됩니다.

[Concert Information]

▶ Ticket Price: 99,000 KRW (including VAT)

[Ticket Sales Schedule]

[Fan Club Pre-Sale]

- Fan Club Pre-Sale Verification Period : November 1, 2024 (Friday) from 2:00 PM to November 4, 2024 (Monday) at 11:59 PM (KST)

- Pre-Sale Schedule: November 4, 2024 (Monday) from 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM (KST)

- The pre-sale is available only to annual members who joined the POW OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘POWER’ before October 1, 2024, at 5:59 PM (KST).

- Each member can purchase 1 pre-sale ticket.

- To participate in the pre-sale, you must have a verified Interpark account.

- Please enter your date of birth and membership number (e.g., 123456) as additional information in the fan club verification window.

- You can find your membership number by logging into the POW Official Community (https://pow.bstage.in/) > MY > My Membership > Membership Card (back). (e.g., POW123)
* The membership number consists of a 6-character combination of letters or numbers, or a mix of both.

- Your Interpark ticket information must match the details provided during your 'POW' official fan club membership registration. If there is any discrepancy, verification will not be possible.

- If you made an error when entering additional information during membership registration, we will allow one initial correction. If you wish to make a correction, please fill out the information through [My Page - Customer Service - 1:1 Inquiry]. (For example, if you entered your name as a nickname, or if a foreign member wrote their name in their native language instead of English, or if the date of birth was not entered correctly.)

- Correction Period for Additional Information: October 25, 2024 - October 29, 2024, until 6:00 PM (KST). 

- After the first correction, no further changes can be made.

- If you completed fan club verification through the global page, ticket purchases can only be made on the global page.

[General Ticket Sales]

- General Ticket Sales Schedule: November 5, 2024 (Tuesday) starting at 7:00 PM
- Up to 2 tickets per person (including pre-sale tickets).
- General ticket sales will be conducted only for remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale.

[POWER PASS]

- POWER PASS: 33,000 KRW / Includes a heart touch experience after the concert ❤️ + 1 random signed polaroid (member).

- POWER PASS Sales Schedule:

• Pre-Sale: November 4, 2024 (Monday) from 7:00 PM to 11:59 PM (KST)
• General Sale: November 5, 2024 (Tuesday) starting at 7:00 PM

- POWER PASS sales will open separately from the main concert ticket sales.

- Available only to those who have completed ticket purchases for the concert (payment confirmed).

- The purchase option for the POWER PASS will only be available to those who have successfully purchased concert tickets.

-  Each participant can buy up to 2 POWER PASS tickets per concert date and quantity.

- POWER PASS wristbands will be provided at a designated booth on the concert day after verifying identity and mobile ticket QR code. Please ensure you receive it, as participation in the event is not possible without wearing the wristband.

- The seat selected for the POWER PASS is not according to the event order, and participants will be guided by staff for a safe experience.

[Mobile Ticket Information]

- This concert is accessible only through mobile tickets; no physical tickets will be provided.
- Entry will be allowed after verifying the mobile ticket QR code at the venue.
- Screenshots of the mobile ticket or downloaded tickets must not be uploaded to social media or shared with others. The organizers and ticketing agency will not be responsible for any issues arising from such actions.
- Mobile tickets are compatible with devices running Android version 4.0 and above, and iOS version 7 and above.

[Important Booking Information]

- This concert features assigned seating for all attendees.
- Fan club pre-sale allows for 1 ticket per person; general sale allows for up to 2 tickets per person (including pre-sale tickets).
- General sales will occur only for remaining seats after the fan club pre-sale, and may not be available if the fan club pre-sale sells out.
- A cancellation fee will be applied according to the policies set by the ticketing site. Please review the cancellation fee regulations of the ticketing site.
- You must be registered with Interpark to book tickets, and verification (via mobile phone or I-PIN) is required for booking.
- If payment is not made within the specified period for bank transfer bookings, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Cancellations/changes/refunds for tickets can only be processed through the original ticketing site (Interpark). Changes and refunds are not allowed after the booking/cancellation deadline or on the day of the concert.
- If you have a POWER PASS reservation, you cannot cancel the corresponding concert ticket.
- The concert is suitable for ages 7 and above; entry is not permitted for children under this age, regardless of ticket possession or guardian accompaniment.
- Additional booking-related regulations will follow the ticketing site’s policies unless otherwise specified.
- More detailed information will be provided on the concert details page, so please check before making a reservation.
